Code of Conduct
All members of LAZ are bound by the Association's Code of Conduct, which sets out the ethical and professional standards expected of every legal practitioner in Zambia.
The Code covers matters including client relations, conflicts of interest, handling of client funds, professional integrity and conduct before the courts.
Breaches of the Code are considered by the Ethics & Disciplinary Committee in accordance with the Association's disciplinary procedures.
