Our Constitution

The LAZ Constitution sets out the objects of the Association, the qualifications and obligations of membership, the composition and powers of Council, and the rules governing meetings, elections and discipline.

Amendments to the Constitution require approval by members at a General Meeting in accordance with the procedures it sets out.

Members may request a copy of the current Constitution from the Secretariat.
