CPD Points & Requirements

Practising members are required to complete a minimum number of CPD points each calendar year, as determined by the CPD Committee and published annually.

Points are awarded per hour of accredited training attended, with additional points available for activities such as presenting at CPD events or publishing legal scholarship.

Members are responsible for retaining evidence of CPD attendance and reporting their points to the Secretariat by the annual deadline. Non-compliance may affect the renewal of a member's practising certificate.
